Born in Champagne, with french burgundian parents, Chef Cecile ESTEBAN is an epicurean. She appreciates good wines and enjoy good food. A thesis of oenology in her pocket, she has the conviction that health begins in the plate, and that eating should give pleasure. She cooked first for her family, before opening guest houses near St Tropez, exactly at Taradeau. It was a famous place where people knew they could relax, enjoy guest table and listen some nice stories from her travels. His son Eliot and his girlfriend Lucile continue this nice and wonderful adventure.
Cecile ESTEBAN is a globe trotter. Travelling all other the world since she was 18, she is curious and passionate. She came back with lot of exotic flavors, multicolored treasures like spices, leaves and roots to create her own world fusion cuisine. She tests, she revisits, she invents dishes. She respects the knowledge of the old persons and the good traditional recipes and loves to add her little personal touch, create and innovate, to mix the kitchens of the world with that of the soul.
Manager for 20 years of charming guest houses, at Taradeau then at Nice, on French Riviera, she moves with you on your private yacht, from Cap d'Antibes to Monaco, Théoule s/Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu to treat you. Do you go to winter sports? Courchevel, Meribel, Crans Montana, Geneva, Avoriaz? She follows you, wherever you settle, if the atmosphere is nice!
Very attached to the Mediterranean and healthy cuisine, she always aims to meet your dietary requirements (kosher, halal, vegan, macro, keto, etc.). She knows very well local fishermen and small local producers at the amazing markets of Nice. She lives now close to an amazing one, Libération, and she could make you discover it with her workshop at her place.
